How do you know how other players feel about him in the locker room? Maybe RI was not the only one bullying him, maybe they think Martin is over reacting and now one of their players is suspended. MAYBE everyone likes RI and not Martin. Maybe they don't think RI is a jack ass... If the players do not like him and turn their back on him, then he has to go. Either that or get ride of the entire Dolphins team and keep Martin. Who knows how this is going to play out.

I agree. All I'm saying is that some people can take more shit than others. Should this happen with grown men, hell no. Everyone reacts in different ways. Some fight back, other walk away....Martin walked away, that is how he dealt with it.

Not really going to disagree with you on that. But not everybody is made the same. Football is violent, but punching somebody isn't part of the game. He may never have punched anyone his entire life. He came into a group that already had a culture and traditions. Kid probably was an easy mark for a bully like RI. They hone their skills over time. And Martin was fresh meat.

Bk, you are a fairly solid poster, but where do you work as a career?

This is a professional paid employment.

In every job, you expect respectful and reasonable behavior from co-workers.

You don't expect coworker pressure to give up large portions of your salary for forced non company events.

You don't expect other coworkers to publically view and tolerate heinous behaviors.

You don't expect management to tolerate racial taunting from coworkers.

And if you are respectful and intelligent......

You never attack coworkers with physical violence to solve workplace problems.

Management and Human Resources are there for a reason.

It is a highly skilled professional position that demands respect and teamwork.
