That's is good news jvett while the last I saw Washington was up on the Mets 7-1.

I really want to see the Phils move up in this poor NL East division, retro. Maybe a hot callup in September can help get the job done, like Franco, for example.

Frikin' Retardo comes in and walks the first batter he faces. This is going to bite us in the ass.

That frikin' Retardo. Why in the Hell is this guy still on our roster is beyond me? It was 2-1 when he came in and now it is 5-2. What do they see in this guy?

Yea Jvett, Franco would be a nice move or evn Nola but I doubt if Boobens will do either.

This shit is unconscionable. They bring a stiff in like Retardo and we just get killed. It is now 6-2.

And now Sandberg changes pitchers after Retard boy walks a batter and gives up 4 hits. Isn't this like 4 runs too late?

Bastardo is detrimental to the Phillies. He's on my Dump list. Also, why take the rested Williams out if it means the unreliable Retardo comes in. Bad ryno.

Amaro has already stated that Nola will not get a call up.

That figures Northeast. It is the same craziness for keeping Ruf out of the lineup to play Howard and not call up either Franco or Nola.

I'll bet Nola could make an impact on the Phillies like Wacha did for the Cards. But I don't see it happening. Franco is urgent. Phils need guys who can hit. They should bring up a selection of the best hitters. Plus I'd like them to try Asche at ss with Franco at 3rd.

I like that move as well jvett. WTH, the Phillies have nothing to lose and if they get two good defensive players in moving Asche to SS and Franco at third and then get Asche's hitting production up, with Franco's hitting that would be a good move.

I think Nola is almost done for the year. He started playing for LSU in February and they went deep into the college world series so he will probably be shut down. He looks really good so far though.

I agree Cedrique. Franco would be a good call-up because of his hitting but that isn't going to happen either.
