I thought they had Franco up last Sept. where he had 10 ABs or so. I think they have to bring him up.

I agree jvett. Anyone who can help this anemic offense. Right now we are scoring just under two runs per game which is pathetic but with Boobens running this dog and pony show, I seriously doubt it will happen.

We can win if the Phillies score 7 runs. AJ will probably allow 5 runs. Hope he pitches for his personal pride tonight instead of take the money and run!

The thing is northeast, it usually takes Burnett 3-4 innings to really get into a rhythm and by then, other teams historically have torched him for 3-7 runs. I hope we don't go through that tonight but I doubt if we escape with any sort of 1 or 2 runs in that time frame because of the many prolific hitters the Angels have on their roster.

Howard draws teh wlak and Utley was already running here in the first. We have two runners on and Byrd is at-bat. I am not sure anything of substance is going to happen here.

When Burnett walks a batter this early, it usually comes back to bite us.

Dom Brown got a great shot to right field and it was short of a HR. Brown was caught lolligaggin' to first and when he saw that Trout had missed the catch he hustled to second for a double. Instead of running, D. Brown was watching the ball travel. If he'd a run instead of watching, he might had a triple.

Ruiz hits a single at the short stop and it careened off his glove and Brown to gets to third and Ruiz at first.

Frikin' Asche has been drinkin' the same water as Howard. He strikes out.

Revere hits a simple infield single for the final out. WE have now left four runners and this is another reason why this offense is so frikin' bad.

Burnett yields a sac fly and the Angels get on the board first, 1-0.

JRol steals base number 23.

JRol steals third for number 24 and Howard gets a walk. Once again we have two runners on with plenty of opportunity to score and we just can't seem to get people home.

Byrd finally singles and gets another RBI to Rollins in. Howard moves to second and Byrd is at first. Its a tie ballgame.
