Smith was terrible last year. He suddenly took off this year and hasn't let up. Leody in the same way was terrible and suddenly has taken off. Leody's past has nothing to do wlth the present. Again, can or will he continue? I do not recall him having a hitting streak this long with as much power.

Okay he is 20 for 57 with 2 HR and 2 doubles. I will go check when he has had a similar streak or better for 57 at bats or longer. Off hand, I will say he does that at least once a year, but I will check.
