Francoeur has actually done better than expected overall but they need to release him. They have 4 guys that are complete question marks (Asche,Ruf,Brown,Herrera) in the outfield and those guys need to start as much as possible to find out if even one of those guys is a legitimate major league starter. Yet for some reason they keep throwing Frenchy out there to start, hoping he can somehow help this team win 68 games instead of 67.

I am hoping that happens to Ruf. Someone out there should appreciate a guy who is hitting .400 against left handed pitching. Loading the lineup with left handed bats has done nothing but produce the worst batting average, OBP, and the fewest runs scored in all of baseball.

Nope, Ruf was sent down for Brown who did little and Francoeur is still on the roster and made the dumbest attempt at stealing second yesterday at the worst time. The whole affair is embarrassing.
