Hamels VS Burnett. Edge to Pirates. Burnett is having a better year than Hamels. Former Philly Baztardo beat us the other day, now Burnett gets his chance. Ho-Hum.

After losing 18 last year for the Phillies with .459 ERA, Burnett's now 6-2 and 2.11. He beat the Phils in May
giving up 1 ER in 7 innings. Our power core, utley, howard, and francoeur went 1 for 12. Unlikely, but maybe
Franco can figure something out. Brown won't make a difference because Burnett is tough on left handers. Pirates 5-3, unless the heat gets to 38 year old AJ. On the other hand, hamels might have a great day, but.... he gave up 5 ER in his last start. The Phillies are 5-18 since that 6 game win streak. Drink up!
