Word is Alverado got pissed after Smith stepped out of the batters box a few times for dust in his eyes. Then after the K, Alverado tossed his glove and gave Smith some shit. Heard there's a little history behind Alverado and Smith. Now partial base clear in the bottom ot the 8th. Rhubarb city! Yowza!

I had predicted 19 wins in April. Short by six games at 13-13. I'll say 17 wins in May.

I shut it off in disgust and missed the almost comeback in the 9th where Herrera (1-19) and Harper each struck out w/RISP. Dildo practitioners Kintzler, Alverado, and Hale couldn't stop the Mutts in the late innings. I knew that extra inning loss to Cards last Thursday was a bad omen.

Now the Brewers are coming in with some good pitching.

Go to the damn softball beer leagues - there is bound to be better pitchers there than the shit the Phillies throw out there
