Positive for the Pats though is Cam looked like a real QB for the first time in 8 years against the Seahawks. Belichick is doing something right with him.

That was a bad play call by the Pats there. They should have spread it out to give Cam the option to run or pass

See? A dedicated run at the goal line between Seattle and NE to win the game might not work.

I agree, a pass option would have been a good decision, unless they chose a quick slant to their 3rd WR, of course.

Edelman impressed me tonight. Made some great catches.

Clearly the Hawks need to lean on their offense this season. If they end up being serious contenders late in the season, I think Wilson will end up being the MVP.

I don't think it matters that it was predictable; if Lano doesn't get underneath the fullback, it's probably a loss for us. It was predictable the other three times in the game and they still scored. Hill made a great move there to blow the play up.

I called it. Patriots were geared up to stop the run. Why not take a shot. Every other long ball worked against the secondary. Almost got PI out of it as well

Because there was 2 minutes on the clock and the point difference was less than a touchdown. And we have Carson and Hyde.

Its not like we had locked down Cam and your offense. You guys were methodically moving down the field on many series the whole game.

All we needed was 1 yard and that was about game. Even if the next set of downs didn't chew up all the clock, it would of still forced you to start burning through those timeouts. And we still would of been punting, but this time with less than a minute.

It was a dumbass gamble to pass there. End of story.

Yeah, I almost ate my words here. J Allen ended up 1 pt better than Russ as for ff. Russ was awesome and will probably win MVP this season.

Oh I think it was a stupid play call. They should have brought in extra TE on the line Harry and maybe Burkhead to at least make them think there was an option to run.; While not as bad as Pete's call from a few years back still pretty bad.

Possibly, but you never know, couple guys we’re in the spot and had beaten there blocks, not saying you’re wrong though, I’m just glad the FB got blown up, great play ....
