It is hard to tell if it is all the playcalling or how much Trubisky being a mental midget has to do with it all... One thing I saw clear as day today is that, after four years, Trubisky still has zero confidence or ability to make decisions...? still looks to the sideline for answers that a real QB and leader shouldn’t have to look for at this point...

Adams by himself is better than the sum of all the Bears parts. Jones by himself is better than the sum of all the Bears parts. Tonyan is developing into one of the better tight ends in the game. Mack was given a franchise QB contract and...as expected...hasn't delivered on what he's being paid.
Every year for 20 years I've seen this same argument and every year for 20 years the results are the same. Does having a franchise QB make Green Bay better? Absolutely. But having a competent front office and coaching staff to assemble and develop talent is what REALLY sets these two teams apart. Rodgers..or Favre before him...isn't anything without a semblance of development and talent around him.
It starts and ends at the top of any team and Green Bay has outclassed the entire NFC North/Central the entire time

It's the QB. Plain and simple. Favre for 20 years and now Rogers. Two hall of famers. Until we address QB position, this will happen over and over again.
