Perfectly stated from a certified attorney
He >>>> All of you
Judge with 20+ years of experience >>> just one of 10 million lawyers..
Perfectly stated from a certified attorney
He >>>> All of you
hahahhahahaWhy would i do that.....The evidence is still destroyed and its still completely circumstantial.....But people that dont wish to make love to Brady* know what the real deal is
I think he cheated and I think he gave the wink wink nudge nudge to the locker room guys to get the balls as he likes them. But I think the crime he committed was a misdemeanor and he got a felony punishment.
Federal Judge >>>>>> a "certified" attorneyPerfectly stated from a certified attorney
He >>>> All of you
so you admit he cheated and got off
and you are angry because i said the same thing
HYP HYP!!!
yyyyyyyyyyyyupIf NFL appeals to the 2nd circuit, ruling will take around 1 year, per Daniel Wallick sports Attorney, just now on 98.5 Boston.
Are you predicting that the 2nd Circuit overturns the decision?
so you admit he cheated and got off
and you are angry because i said the same thing
HYP HYP!!!
I predict they just say "fuck it, this whole thing is a joke" and let him get away with cheating.

You are missing my point. The Judge questioned Goodell's decision to suspend for 4 games for an infraction not specifically mentioned in the CBA. Does the CBA have a catchall phrase on how these can be handled with regards to suspension or fine? Or just some language like at the Commish's discretion? I can't imagine it's not covered at all in the CBA and if it is how much power is he given to make a decision? Steroids have nothing to do with it. Those are specifically covered in the CBA. If the CBA puts the decision on the length of suspension for "all other infractions" up to Goodell, then he can use any comparison he sees fit - steroids, past precendent, his "best judgement" (there's an oxymoron). So I am wondering how those are mentioned in the CBA.The justification for using steriods as a model was ripped to shreds because there are very set rules in place for those. So that justification was ridiculed.

I'm not angry. I'm bemused by the fact that because you are disappointed in the result, to make yourself feel better you claim to have "called it". So what say you have the appeal? Let's see those powers of prognostication at work.
No he threw out the illegal process that Goofball and his band of idiots took.Wow. I am shocked.
That judge is an idiot. He essentially just threw out any and every penalty imposed as conduct detrimental to the league. Essentially players can do anything and everything that is not SPECIFICALLY spelled out as wrong and has a penalty listed out for the players to see beforehand with this idiotic reasoning.
What a MASSIVE overreach.
It'll get overturned if the NFL appeals which I am sure they will.
I find it bizarre you equate losing a SB to a participation award.I guess you and I are different I find zero value in participation awards.
