We've had this debate here before, and the numbers don't prove that assertion. He's actually pretty crappy in high leverage situations and with RISP.

OT ... Oh yea ... Jackson Lee is one that drives me crazy too. When I got to AR only one Congressman was red ... the other three, both Senators and both AR Senate and House were blue. In 2010 it all changed ... now all are red except one US Senator (Pryor) and he is toast in 2014. Plus Governor and AG are blue and not going to be reelected ... so very possible that all House, Senate, both houses and all constitutional officers will be red. Total sweep. All this since 2010.

Pryor was the moron that was quoted as saying "You don't have to pass an IQ test to be in the Senate."

High Leverage is SSS but 51 PAs his triple slash is .178/.260/.311
