Moss could have went to ND but.....Ive got Brown and Crabs song with others still OTB based on college careers.Brown also went to Notre Dame, he was in the spotlight just a smidge more than Moss and this stuff has gotta stop, absolutely in no way was Brown a better college receiver than Rice or Moss, that's just nonsense.
I do think Brown is undervalued in NFL drafts. But theres a reason I hated him before the raiders drafted him
Debatable different levels of play ND may be an Indy but they play a P5 SOS. You also have to factor in style of play. Brown did not play in a system suited for WR's. I hate ND and UCLA more than anyone. But theres a reason Brown was the first WR to win a heisman. And it goes well beyond punt returns. He earned it. Crabs,Brown,Warrick were all steals.
Campbell may be my favorite pick so far. Not many players have the coach of their rival say they are the best college player they've seen i.e. Barry Switzer
Marshall wasn't really a spread team. They were somewhat balanced w/ Doug Chapman rushing for over 1,000 yards. However, when you have "The Freak", you feed him the ball. He played an SEC team in his one bowl game... 173 yards.Debatable different levels of play ND may be an Indy but they play a P5 SOS. You also have to factor in style of play. If we are just going stats. This is what it looks likeAlso not true.

Which numbers are better?
And it caused him to play at a lower level of competition . Which is extremely valid in comparisons. Weaker defenses already posted Marshals schedule good college WR yes. The best? far from itAgain, bringing something into the conversation that doesn't belong there, sure he was/is an ass hole but he was still a much better receiver than Brown, Crabtree, Warrick and any of those other guys you love.

I'm using NCAA statsMoss played two years at Marshall.
Air Raid which goes back to why Brown's accomplishments were more impressive. As well as where college systems come into play. Also didn't you just throw praise on Brown for not playing in a spread offense? What did Crabtree play in again I forgot??
Who's up?
Nope using the same site we always use for statsIn other words you're cherry picking...![]()
We always use sports reference for stats. I won't use D2 stats. That to me is the equivalent of using farm team stats. Or college stats in an NFL draft imo. Two different worlds
