I know the germans are a "machine" in every way (alledgedly) but I question their fitness ... theyve all played alot of saccer this year ... I think teams on this side of the atlantic have more insight on the climate and what it takes (and takes out of you)

I think they might take a step back v costa rica ... originally i didnt have them getting past 16 but what they did v england was super impressive

I saw alot of oh my god this is like 2010 all over again when it was announced Buffon was out but ... please ... the difference is and always has been pirlo ... and he is healthy this time

there were alot of questions about Darmian at right back but he and candreva were gold

so i think they may go farther than initially thought ... dont think they win though
