lol, he clearly was trying to incite something, which he successfully did. Yes, the officer was at fault, but if I was the officer I would have taken the camera and smashed it. While I hate asshole police officers who abuse their badge, I hate people who purposely try to annoy officers.

The thing is, they held him cuffed for an hour and didn't notify his parents. He is a minor. I can't stand punks like him either, but officer Hill and every cop after violated his legal and civil rights. That's disturbing. Cops should have to follow the laws like you and I, and I'm friends with quite a few cops.

This kid interpreted an officer who was in the middle of something (I assume was an investigation of some sort), and while I agree that the officers didn't handle it correctly, the kid was looking for trouble. He was asking leading questions to incite him.

Just because someone pisses a cop off is no reason to cuff and detain someone. If there was an investigation the cop wouldnt have left to deal with the kid he could have called for someone else to deal with the kid or just told him he was busy and couldnt answer questions at this time. My assumption is most of the people here havent had to deal with a power hungry officer...

So does anyone know if there is a history other than what you have seen on this vid? Maybe this kid has followed cops around and interfered with them doing police work while abusing his rights.

This kid thought this out in a blatant way to interfere with Police business. Did this kid know who was in that car? What if the person in that car was armed and the police officer was in danger? Obviously that was not the case but you cannot just walk up to film the police in action because you then a) Interfere with the investigation and B) Put yourself in a potentially dangerous situation.

Are there bad cops out there? Of course? Are there bad Doctors? Are there bad carpenters? Of course there are but to lump a entire group of people who put there life on the line daily to protect your ass I suggest you go threw the training and strap on a 9mm and walk up to a car full of punks and see how you feel or maybe knock on a known bad person lives for a domestic call.

This kid is a little punk who got exactly what he wanted. He knew what he was doing and was hoping for the officer to react exactly like he did.

Like many others here, I have my own issues with cops abusing their power but the kid was not abused in any way except being detained for being an annoying prick. I feel bad for the cop in this case because there is not much he can do here. (And I never feel bad for cops)

This kid is simply exploiting the constitution and trying to get more out of it than a story on "unwarranted raids"

And it's obvious by the comments in the beginning of the video that he and maybe several others in the neighborhood have had problems with this cop. He was simply trying to get him to act in a manner that would cost him his job.

Maybe dirty wasnt the right word. But they ALL do stuff they're not supposed to. Whether its turning a blind eye to something, letting friends off about certain things, or going to their significant others' house to sleep during their night patrol.

Yet, I love my cop friends because I never break the law lol. It should also be noted, I deal with the pigs everyday because of a situation with my girlfriend. So yea, fuck cops...

This may be true, but the cop gave no warning. The minute the kid said why he was filming, the cop placed him under arrest, didn't read him his rights, and didn't notify his parents where he is a minor. The cops basically broke the law and violated his civil rights. That's the issue I have with it. There was a legal way for the cop to deal with the kid, he chose a different approach.

Most police vehicles have GPS installed and being parked at his or friends house for 2-3 hours would certainly be logged.

90% of cops are likely just doing their job as best they can, just like any career. It is a 100% thankless job though. Nowadays nobody "did anything wrong" and are "being set up" or "are being abused".

Don't do stupid shit and you won't have to deal with cops.
