A lot of times video game pre-order bonuses are the games soundtrack. I think The Last Of Us soundtrack is the only one I've ever listened to. Glad they us it in the show too.

If there was any doubt that they hired good people for the two leads that should have cleared up tonight. They were great.

Loved that the joke book made it into the show!

As the group walks toward the motel Sam finds a 10 month old yellow lab and Ellie picks up a kitten. They go to their motel room to play with them. Everything else the same until Ellie wakes up and the room is covered in blood and fur

Apparently years ago I bought The Last Of Us digitally, which is odd for me because I like to trade games in when done. The good news is because I did I could download the game again for free. If I had known that I would have played it before the series as its been almost 10 years.

So I started again tonight and played right up until you meet Ellie. Some of the visuals are almost exact. Tess is a badass in the game. You're not with Sara as long but it's still a gut punch because she's a little kid in her pj's with a Texas drawl whose looking for help from her father.

And the game is almost 10 years old but still looks and sounds great.
