Any win on the road in the nhl is good. Doesnt matter what their record is, I'm very pleased with this.

We have far more away games then home games until december. If we get get to december at .500 or better, we're in a fine position. December we should be able to win a lot of games. Til we get there lets just take every game with a grain of salt

Somehow the Stars survive a 5 on 3....no clue how Kari got away with some of those saves.

Edit: and just as I post that they survived a 5 on 3 they give up an even strength goal. Awful defense in their own zone again. 13-1 shots in favor of the Avs. Dallas is in trouble...

Ugh what a horrible OT. Yes getting a point is great given they played like garbage the first 2 periods. But they have been ass raped in OT all season long.

Do you just leave this open at all time? I have this, the fangraphs page for the Rangers, ESPN Dallas, and a fantasy league for my bookmark tabs. Not hard to tell what I talk about most days.

This is a huge roadtrip if we get this point. 2 hard earned wins against tough teams on the road, and then to freakin detroit.

Edit: WE GOT THE POINT! no matter what happens in overtime this ends positively for us. I'd love a win obviously, but detroit is NEVER easy to beat, especially on the road. Hell yes this is intense
