eloco,

Dabolts has one of the densest skulls on here and that says a lot.

It's not worth it. You cannot prove how wrong he is because he is too dense to admit to how ridiculous his statements are. He is so confident in his idiocy, that he cannot be proven wrong.

So he wouldn't be as prone to concussions as RGIII?

He tore that ACL already in college.

On that note, I have a MD appointment tomorrow and I am pretty sure my labrum is torn clear through. I will be having surgery soon.

Ouch, sorry to hear that buddy. How did it happen?

wear and tear, i assume

Incline dumbell flies look good with 55 pound dumbells at the gym, but they may be a bit much, for a 33 year old.

I don;t know. I tore the same rotator cuff about 10 years ago. It wasn't an injury. I will know more by the end of the week.

The fact that RG3 has already been injured twice this season doesn't concern you & the rest of Redskins fans? If not you should be.

RG3 is a great athlete. He's not a big guy. He's going to get hit a lot just like Michael Vick. I hope he can stay healthy & have a long career in the NFL like everyone else. I just don't expect it to happen.

As for my skull it's just fine. Always will be. Can't say the same for your Labrum I guess.

Look... idiot... you declared this a horrible trade before RG3 had played one down in the NFL. You compared it to Herschel Walker trade, which was ridiculous. Now you are saying the only way this is a win deal is winning a Super Bowl? First off, good, I think RG3 will win a Super Bowl before he's done. But in your scenario, that presumes they would have won a Super Bowl had they NOT made the trade.

So you aren't really making sense... which is par for the course b/c you post based more on your biases than you do based on logic.

RG3 is playing awesome. This is his second MINOR injury, which is pretty normal for a football player throughout a season. In fact, I'd bet most rookie starters don't finish out the year as their bodies adjust.

Get over it. Stop looking more stupid.

I went over the thread a bit. I wasn't the only person who was critical of the trade. I also said a lot of good things about RG3. For some reason you singled me out alone. So be it. It's all good.

Of course it concerns me and other Skins' fans. All NFL players are at great risk of injury. Think of all the great RBs from five years ago that aren't even in the game today.

Here's my problem with you and 46 hit it on the head. You change your argument to whatever suits you. You said this trade was "a franchise killer." You decided it wasn't too early to declare the trade laughable before we had an idea of how RG3 would transition to the NFL. And now that we have more information, all of a sudden it's "too early" to know.

And for all your (1) he could get injured and (2) it's too early to tell, a couple things. First, ALL players could get injured. The two first rounders they could have picked next year and the year after may have gotten hurt, or underachieved, or whatever. There is always some risk in your choices. But right now, it looks like a good move. Second, yeah, it's pretty early in his career, but here's one thing I've noticed due to my lack of blindness and ability to judge speed and accuracy with my human eyeballs - the kid is damn good. In the NFL, guys don't start off awesome and then just fade to shit barring some catastrophic injury. When a guy starts off bad, it doesn't mean he'll always be bad, but there is a chance of it. When a guy starts out like gangbusters, he usually stays gangbusters. You get an early impression of a guy's speed, decision-making ability, etc. AT THIS LEVEL. And if RG3 is already doing this stuff now, then he's gonna be one hell of a quarterback in this league.

So, here's what your response should have been, dufus... "Yep, I'll eat my crow. Hard to tell what the deal will end up being long-term, but no doubt I was too quick to act like this was a laughable trade. RG3 has made an immediate impact."

It's what a fucking man does. Owns up to being wrong. Admits that comparing this to the Herschel Walker trade was probably retarded. Maybe you don't know much about being a man sitting around in your powder blue blouse today.

Or just keep doing what you're doing. Show everyone what an idiot you are. Your choice.

Not really. I quoted like 5 people, but none of them responded back like you. They took it as good ribbing and/or made some comment on RG3 that was positive.

And besides, your posts initially were SO, SO virulent and exaggerated that you deserve the criticism.

I guess it depends on how you define the trade as being a success. What is your definition of success in order for the Redskins to be winners in the deal? For me they have to win 1 Super Bowl with RG3 as their QB. For me that's the only thing that would justify giving up as much as they did. So until that happens I won't consider the trade a success for the Redskins. I don't question RG3's ability. He's got all the tools to be a great QB in the NFL. He's proven that he can play at a high level in the league, which is great. Hopefully he can stay healthy for a long time & win several Super Bowls with the Redskins. It's going to be fun watching him try.

I find it surprising that you expect people to eat crow after 13 games. For me that's a bit too soon. I'm not looking at the deal as just RG3. I'm looking at what was given up for RG3 as well. The Rams have improved this year too. They already had a QB so they made the deal thinking long term. So far so good.

Can you read? RG3sus Christ you are dense...

Nobody said "this was definitely a great trade!" All I'm saying is you being so sure this was a joke of a trade was a little ridiculous. You are frequently VERY sure of outcomes and are wrong SO often it's ridiculous. And you apparently can't read either. Your early reactions to this trade were guided more by your anti-Snyder feelings (who we all hate btw, but who hasn't been in control of this team for nearly a decade now if you're paying any fucking attention) than actually logic. That's why comparing it to the Walker trade was RIDICULOUS, as 46 told you at the time. Such a joke.

I'm done now.

Considering the fact nobody ever thought anyone would give up anything near what Minny gave up for Walker this deal is as close as it will probably get. Atlanta didn't give up nearly as much to get Julio Jones & they were picking much further back than the Skins were. The Giants didn't give up as much to get Eli.

This is a message board. We all have a right to our opinions. We don't agree. I really don't give a shit one way or another. You're going to be bias because RG3 is your QB, I get it. You expect people who were critical of the deal to eat crow after 13 games. You don't like the fact that I won't. TOO BAD.

When the Redskins win a Super Bowl with RG3 as their QB I'll admit I was wrong because that's why the Redskins made the trade. Until then forget it.

Yes, because that is the standard set. Do you have ANY idea how flawed your logic is? Again, this presumes the Skins would have won a Super Bowl had they not made the trade. That is what you are arguing.

And also again (jesus christ fucking stupid people are annoying), NOBODY on here said "this trade will win the Skins the Super Bowl." I actually said i DID NOT FAVOR IT. What I am saying - hey idiot, pay attention right here --- > IS THAT CALLING IT A LAUGHABLE, AWFUL TRADE (a franchise killer as you put it) WAS PRETTY RIDICULOUS <---- again, pay attention to this part inbetween the arrows.

That's the standard. That's why I said you should eat crow. Not some weird standard you have suddenly invented, or the Super Bowl, or whatever. Honestly, your logic is so fucking stupid. It's so hard for a person of my intelligence to discuss something with you b/c you can't even understand what we are talking about.

You are correct you have a right to your opinions. You are entitled to your bullshit, exaggerated, homer/hater, illogical opinions. And I am entitled to disrespect the shit out of you for how dumb they are.

LOL!!!

You expecting everyone to eat crow is hilarious. Homerism at it's best. I really don't care. It's all good as far as I'm concerned.

Here's the thing. It could be a franchise killer. RG3 has already had to leave two games this season. He might not play next week. The way RG3 plays the game is similar to Vick. That means he's going to get hit a lot. This means there's a better chance for him to be injured. The Redskins knew the risks when they made the deal. Time will tell if it bites them in the ass.
