Speaking of which, Dash - you going to go see the US Open this year? It's in the Pacific Northwest and that does not happen very often.

I'd highly recommend it. Didn't expect much going in, but I think it was the best sporting event I've attended.

Plus, Lindsey Vonn or Paulina Gretzky could be there.

I don't think my schedule is going to permit me to attend the US Open this year, eloco, although it definitely would be something cool to see (a bucket list item for sure). Now, if the Ryder Cup ever came to the Pacific Northwest, that would be something (although I don't know if they would let me in if I'm told them I'm rooting for Team Europe).

Yeah, I've never been to a Ryder Cup - that would be the best.

I'm traveling around the country this summer. I may have to see if I can stop in and play Chambers Bay (I'll be there well after the tournament). She is certainly a lovely one...

Tonsillitis is just an infection of my tonsils, but it was to the point where i couldn't drink or eat at all. No ice cream, I'm on a clear liquid diet of Chicken broth, juice, and jello. Hopefully some ice cream tomorrow once I get up to a regular liquid diet.

No plan for surgery as I've never had a problem with them to this point. If it happens again, then the plane will be to remove them.
