I remember when my cousin had a new white 1964 Dodge Polara convertible with a record player in it that played 45's. It was on some sort of swivel and the damn thing never skipped !!

I remember Drive In's & when theatres opened up they had double features. I also remember the chocolate, caramel rope like candy bar called the MARTHON BAR. I could make one last through a double feature. I miss that candy bar.

more on point though, i do remember watching the pump at gas stations while my mom or dad (actually the dude at the full service station, sup jersey) pumped and trying to see which was going up faster, the cost or the gallons.. i would kill for the price fluctations to be between 95 and 1.05/gal instead of 3.50 and 4.50
