Okay, here's my dilema...My wife and I are having an animated debate (some would call it a fight) over our nephew. We were discussing Christmas and the rest of the upcoming holidays and it revolves around telling him the truth about Santa. My wife and sister-in-law are letting this ride. I spoke up last year and was persecuted to no end. This time, I'm not giving up as easily. They think he'll find out "in time" and I say the time is now. I feel if he tells his friends at school that he still believes, he's gonna start to get laughed at and ridiculed. And now for the important factor here....

Be mad and have animated discussions with the brother or sister about how absurd this is...

But it's not your place to intervene with their kid.

If I wanted my kid to believe, and my brother fucked that up... we would have one hell of a problem.
