I know it's the cliche thing to say, but Italy really are the world leaders in flopping.

not just cliche ...but a lazy observation especially when everyone is doing it ... watch more porkandcheese games

italy was very impressive ... full agreement with Anderton and De Vos game of the tournament so far ... and I would not be surprised if these 2 teams meet again ... Italy showed alot more than i expected (picked them with my heart)

De Rossi was a defensive demon ... had to have run 14kms plus ... if he stays away from reckless challenges he will indeed be the glue that holds them together defensively as he stated pre tournament

And basically waiting to be caught in the box.

Is he that much of a bullshit player that he was hoping to draw the PK inside the box?

caman ... at least get on him when its due (which is often to be honest) ... dont try and pick out dumb mistakes and assume he's trying to draw a penalty ... He saw Cassano in the middle and probably thought he had more time because the Spanish back fell out at the side touchline when Balotelli won the challenge from him

cheering for italy is like cheering for the canucks because you get people trying to make something out of nothing all the time based on reputation!
