Its possible it could be the TV, its a cheap TCL Roku TV we have in the basement. My "real" TV couldnt get the Apple app - I guess because its an android TV.
The other weird thing is I cannot turn off closed captioning when watching something on Apple. I have to back out, start watching something in another app, turn it off then go back to Apple. I watch shows on the treadmill at times and use CC because it gets loud when you get to speeds like 1.7 mph.


I have been meaning to watch that, maybe I'll start that next.

Oh and does Roku have a Pronhub app? Asking for a friend

I decided to put Ramy into the must watch list when i saw mahershala ali was going to be in season 2 and i wanted to see his turn at comedy. Im not into season 2 yet but its damn funny ... and theres a full gamut of other emotions on display

ive got 2 episodes left in season 2. Last night i watched maybe imo the worst and the best episode back to back. “Atlantic City” really blew and then “Frank in the future” was so poignant.

Finished Space Force tonight. I thought it was a really solid silly show.
Watched two more Ramy episodes too. Wonderful show.

mandilorian is easy to fly through. My kids are getting up to speed on the Simpsons. They also watched Onward with my wife and liked it.

Anyone else read the book? This looks so so good

i hadnt read the book but finished watching this last night. Have you watched it and if yes was it true to the book? I read that the directors were given “freedom to roam” by the author of the book.

Was a real meat grinder to watch (no pun intended) but ended with a sense of hope. Can mark ruffalo get nominated for 2 emmys here?

Her character's vocals are actually performed by Swedish singer Molly Sandén, who was part of Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2006 (2006), Melodifestivalen 2009 (2009) and Melodifestivalen 2016 (2016). Sandén is credited as My Marianne which is her middle name. McAdams did record the songs and her vocal was added for additional mixing, and her vocal can be heard during the first EuroVision rehearsal and when Sigrit is writing "Husavik" in her hotel room. Dan Stevens' singing voice is also dubbed by another Swedish singer, Erik Mjönes, while Melissanthi Mahut is dubbed by Petra Nielsen.
