We play Tennessee this week. Tulsa has at least had some good teams. Both are heads and shoulders above the competition Baylor is playing.

Unless you're truly worried about losing to a mediocre Tennessee team then its much ado about nothing, both teams should be 3-0 after 3 games no matter who they are playing in OOC

After this they can both kick the "competition" up a notch in the Dumpster Fire, aside from playing each other neither team can take much pride in their underwhelming schedule overall

I'm not sure the big 12 is as weak as some think. West Virginia looks solid and they'll be tough to beat in Morgantown. Oklahoma State and K-state aren't pushovers either.

The point is, I hope teams are rewarded now, and in the future for scheduling legitimate power 5 teams now and in the future. I just find it funny that Baylor gets blown out in their bcs bowl by UCF, and then goes on to play all their OOC games against high school teams who they obviously blow out, and then whine that they're not favorites to win the conference and not ranked higher.

Of course, if we wanted to change to the SEC we could get espn advertising for us how tough our conference is. Even if we'd been mediocre the last several seasons before the move.

I think after about a decade they should re approach the issue and then who cares. But for now they should at least pretend to care and just not agree to play TAMU.
