I went to the doc about a week ago and he told me to buy Melatonin (what your body naturaly produces to try to get you to sleep) pills, but they don't really work.

You may want to try Ashwagandha. It's an Indian herb, natural stress reliever. I discovered it for myself after trying Melatonin and Valeriana without much help.Really haven't been able to get a good night sleep for a few weeks now. Been trying just about everything to try to get some sleep, but no luck so far. Anyone have any ideas to help, becasue I'm willing to try basicly anything...
