Is that good?....I'm more of a beer and a shot kind of guy...

Best I have had is Brooklyn Black Ops. North Coast Old Rasputin XII is pretty intense on the bourbon front. I have heard nothing but incredible things about Founder's Kentucky Breakfast Stout, but it is stuck in Virginia ABC limbo for the moment so I am still waiting to judge for myself. Brooklyn Dark Matter is decent, but tap only.

Whenever I have trouble sleeping it's because I'm thinking too much.

It may sound gay but just let your mind go blank, don't think about anything and you should be fine. :)

Your case sounds a bit more severe then mine ever is though. It might be time to get some sleeping pills...

I went to the doc about a week ago and he told me to buy Melatonin (what your body naturaly produces to try to get you to sleep) pills, but they don't really work.

Valerian Root is another option. There are teas that utilize it, but you can also get pills. I think the Melatonin is hit or miss. I bought some for my wife a few months ago to help her sleep and it had no effect. It does the trick for me though. The Valerian tea has worked for her though.

I'll look into that...

You might want to try the Tim McCarver show. I'm getting tired just thinking about it.
