Apparently a weird weather phenomenon is making the entire city of Charlotte smell like natural gas (well, the Mercaptan they add to it).

They got so many 911 calls that they even sent out a cell phone emergency alert about.

Definitely didn't have "emergency alert that the entire city smells like rotten egg farts" on my Thursday bingo card.

lol I got a my annual performance review and it was good but my boss said he still wanted to sit down and talk to me on Monday, says he has "lots of ideas about" me. He then made a comment that "somehow I manage to get my job done - and I chose that word very carefully".

Oh is Monday going to be fun.

Only negative on my review was I need to take more initiative, that he feels I am afraid to do so in fear of making mistakes. Completely untrue, I make mistakes all the time. Its just I have never in all my years of working had a boss who enjoyed telling someone they were wrong and belittiling them as much as this guy. What I'm scared of is snapping and telling him to fuck off
