I will never understand why somebody would want to watch somebody else play a video game.

Speaking of video games, when my son was maybe 10, he had a game for PS called “NFL Head Coach.” You called the plays and watched the CPU execute your game plan. You did not control anything during game play. It was sheer torture
Lol when I was a kid a friend had computers, long before most people did and he had a football game like that. You could chose any team and you called your play, then the other player did, and the play result was shown by Xs and Os moving on the screen.

It was pretty fun for the mid 80s. Almost worth the half hour it always took to set the game up.

I would argue it is a real job. It is a form of entertainment that people are willing to pay for. Why, I have no clue?

With that I am with you, if you don’t like your job there are plenty of other opportunities out there. Sadly these folks want the get rich quick scheme.
But like any entertainment, if people aren’t paying you much to do it you don’t sit there and say “I’m going to entertain poorly even harder!”, you give up the dream and get a regular job like anybody else.

This is like WNBA players asking to be paid Lebron money lol

Exactly people like this person think they should be as popular as these folks: Top 20 Twitch Streamers: Most followed channels

Nope that will never happen but they truly think they are on the same level.

Listen, I didn't choose Bonnie Tyler's "Holding Out For A Hero" as my alarm wake up song, so I assume fate did and that inspires me.

(Never mind, my mom did)

The High School team I am coaching has a kid named Brandon. A bunch of classmates showed up and kept chanting "Let's Go Brandon" every shift.

To his credit, he seemed kind of annoyed by it. A lesson probably drilled into his head by his mother who had to endure being in college in the mid-90's being named Monica.

So......turns out Marilyn Manson, not a great guy.

Also, if you didn't know - other members in his band:
Olivia Newton Bundy, Gidget Gein, Daisy Berkowitz, and many more.....
Super cool, not stupid at all...

There is this weird tall featureless building on campus at BG near my son's dorm. We asked him what it was and he said he had no idea.

He just texted his mother and I. "You know how you wanted to know what building near my dorm was used for? Well, not much apparently. I saw it was half torn down this morning.'

So I respond: "A building next door to your dorm is half torn down since, I am assuming, yesterday?"

Him: "Yes"

Me: "Did you, you know, HEAR half a building coming down?"

Him: "It might not have been yesterday"

That kid.
