Hey guys. I talked to the president, not Biden - Trump the real president. He said all you Canadians can have off Monday too. Apparently he's really your prime minister too.

Goodnight, music man. Quite a story teller and one hell of an entertainer. Had an incredible career for someone who never really followed the formula.

His kids book, Jolly Mon, was one of my kids' faves.

Besides tolerating a few songs I was not really a fan but he seemed amusing enough. On one of my driving trips to or from Texas years ago we were in a city where Jimmy was playing (we think Atlanta). We had no idea and didn't care but after his show the bar we were in (shocker!) immediately filled up with his fans. Goofy silly friendly bunch of people.

Although she had the best voice, Pumpkin Spice was my least favorite Spice Girl.

Same I never understood why people liked him but anytime there was a concert the people seemed to have fun and drink a lot.

And he did have a great cameo in a movie:

RIP Jimmy Buffett
Only really ever knew his 2 big hits and any mention of him makes me think of this movie

Just got slapped at the grocery store for doing nothing, nothing at all. I was walking down an aisle and a woman was walking toward me wearing a Team Edward Twilight shirt. A grown woman! Maybe 50! I was about to comment, about to, and she slapped me right in the face!
She said, "I'm not sure what you were going to say, but I'm sure I wasn't going to like it."
I told her fair enough and walked away.
