They're saying this could take months. This should be a drop everything, all hands on deck situation and fixed within a week. It's the main entry point to the US 6th largest city, throw thousands of workers at this thing.

They should do this in different cities that need infrastructure work done. You know instead of months (years) of construction, just throw all kinds of resources on a project for a couple weeks, regroup and move on.
