OT: Bullshitting at the Barbershop part deux

They should do this in different cities that need infrastructure work done. You know instead of months (years) of construction, just throw all kinds of resources on a project for a couple weeks, regroup and move on.

There is a bridge at the intersection of 70 and 470 in Wheeling WV that has been being "painted" since last November.

They are apparently painting with pneumatic jacks and welding rigs.

On a more serious note though, what goes through people's minds to a) cause that kind of damage but also b) have so little disregard for another human that you run them over with a golf cart?

i have absolutely no problem with section b)
this guy needed to be stopped, and was - while the safety risk to others.
the other option is you confront him physically, while he is throwing rocks and stuff around. that's dangerous.

While I agree he needed to be stopped, that just seemed to be overly extreme. I know it's not easy to de-escalate a situation like that, but the guy who ran him over could be in more trouble than the dude causing all the damage.
