IMO, last night showed that Oregon can not stop a strong running game. Alabama has the best running game in CFB and has quarterback who can throw. IMO, the only team that has a chance to beat Alabama is FSU and possibly LSU at home.

Even if Auburn found a way to eke out a win in the Iron Bowl and survive the SECCG, they'd be dismantled on national television by FSU in an embarrassing fashion - finally and emphatically ending the SEC run on crystal footballs.

if you witnessed an auburn team actually make it to 10-1, then beat alabama, then win the SEC CG, you might have a different opinion of auburn's chances against florida state.

I really wanted to see Bama play Oregon, not only because my girlfriend is a West Coast Ducks fan but also because I think it would be comically hilarious to see the size of Alabama's line on both sides of the ball compared to Oregon's.

I like Auburn fans are getting excited now. They haven't been this entertaining since their tree died.

Really thought Bama would have matched up well against the Ducks. IMO, it would have been a one-sided beat-down for Bama, barring turnovers and mistakes.

As it stands, if Bama wins out, they'll most likely have to face a much tougher and more disciplined FSU team.
