they should change that rule so you get a penalty per man on the ice (2 max) so if there is 2 extra men like this photo then its a 2 man advantage if its 3 men its 2 man advantage still but a 3rd guy sits in the box.

The Oil are just trying to extrapolate that to missing 100% of the shots you DO take too.

And what's the point of calling any penalty with 2 seconds left? Unless of course you carry it over to the next game. Starting the next game shorthanded might be a deterrent...

Any goal scored with too many men on the ice would be disallowed, right? - Should be 'deterrent' enough IMO.
