Good effort :noidea:

Though it sounded like she was singing "oh candida" so maybe she should hit the pharmacy post game and get something to take care of her not so fresh feeling

He's in the AHL now, I wonder if maybe they could put him on recall waivers or whatever it's called, I think the team that picks him up off recall waivers or whatever gets him for half the price if I'm not mistaken

that clause is gone in this CBA.
no more 1/2 price recall waivers.

Hey zebras, open your eyes at the Saddledome, Seabrook should have two penalties this period (one for closing his hand on the puck, a second for boarding).

Sven wears the goat horns, bad icing and then couldn't get the puck out of the zone. Needed one more save from Berra to get at least a point tonight.

It all counts as learning bud...at least that's what we have been told here the last seven years now

Such a soft little Swede!!

In all seriousness Karlsson play was terrible in his own zone to start this season. He's slowly started looking like the player he was in his Norris season. The last 5 games he's been great.

Unfortunately the Sens need him to be the player he was for the 14 games before the injury last year. That's a tall order; In the last 20 years I don't think I've ever seen a D-man control the game like he did for that stretch.

Eloco ... Booth for erat has been talked to death on radio here

Both have 1 year remaining after this one at about a 4.5 cap hit. The logic from some canucks fans is u can buy erat out at season end if it doesnt work just as is likely going to be done with booth anyways

I wouldnt touch erat though. Never been a fan since preds days and though mcphee blew the trade for him when it was made

As far as booth goes at the very least he can provide energy. He will prob leave the canucks and next season have a revelation year like mason raymond since he will finally have a full off season of training his legs and edpecially his torn up ankle

But fear not , unlike booth , erats actual salary drops to 2.5 next year so with a 4.5 cap hit you know there will be a scum franchise out there who will want him on their team to make the floor

That's a good point. Didn't think of that. Oh I can imagine the MARTIN ERAT! banners hanging outside the Isles arena now.

Hey - I'm all for trading two equally disappointing , equally overpaid guys in the hopes that new scenery changes their fortunes.

Deal!

So how does this work now? Do we call a presser ourselves or contact their agents first?

I agree that a new change of scenery can help Dmitry Orlov but I wouldn't call him disappointing and overpaid - the one year he played full time he was very solid - I'm not sure why the Caps didn't give him more of a chance
