Good disciplined game by the Jackets. Kept the Leafuses on the outside and took away their time and space, which with their speed and persistence you have to do. And they did so by not taking stupid penalties (well, not a lot of them. Prout ). You can tell they played a solid game, because Blue Wolf is bitching about diving and the refs.

Leaf nation well represented in the arena. I figured they would be, we have quite the Canadian contingent living here. I ran into one of the other coaches for the house Pee Wee league my son is in and we figured that of the 12 coaches, 7 are from Canada. Plus 1 is from Buffalo, 1 from Long Island and one from Baltimore.

Plus a Friday night game a five hour drive away for those looking for a weekend away. Only saw one guy get close to getting his ass kicked.

Blues were upset at a non call before the goal where Danny hooked someone (so many non calls in OT on both sides) but I can't see that's the reason they went after him maybe he said something to backes
