Expanded Video Review/Coach's Challenge The Committee recommends changes to the Coach’s Challenge and expanded video review, including as it relates to a Referee’s ability to review some of his own calls on the ice. Recommendations will be prepared for the League’s Board of Governors, General Managers and the NHLPA’s Executive Board.

Can we get a rule that states how far back in time the defending team can argue an offsides. Nothing pisses me off more then seeing a team score a goal after being in the offensive zone for 45 seconds or longer then seeing them review weather they were offsides or not.

Puck Out of Bounds The Committee recommends that when the attacking team is responsible for the puck going out of play in the attacking zone, all face-offs will be conducted at one of the two face-off dots in the attacking zone.


What? So the offensive team sends the puck over the glass and then is rewarded bye having the face off in the offensive zone? What?

If we can't get rid of the automatic puck over the glass penalty, I hope they at least add the ability to VR it to see if it hit the glass or was tipped.

Baltimore lost 4 AHL hockey teams, one CFL team and an NFL team since then. But yeah, the NHL would have stuck around in an arena that has 6,000 seats and 2,000 of them are terrible. .
