Shouldn't the other team get a chance to score as well - if it works the the NFL why can't it work in the NHL? The way I see it, the Blackhawks should get the puck with 13 seconds left on the clock and if they can score in that time they win.

Also, the Blackhawks scored two goals without Ward in the net in under a minute and only 4 with him in between the pipes for 58 minutes. Strictly speaking, by the numbers, it is a fact the Blackhawks are better off without Ward in the net than with him the net.

4 games in the nhl yesterday and only 23 total goals. We need larger nets and smaller goalie pads stat.

09-10 Leafs were miserable and deflating and we had no fucking picks forever because Burke is a stupid asshole but I think the Clarkson year may have been the worst - after all, it was so bad that it finally convinced the club to do an actual rebuild.

Those late 90's Flames teams where Todd Simpson was captain have to be the worst - It's all a blur (and not the good kind from a 3 day bender).
