It took them 10 days to decide to fine him? Uhh, ok...
The league office was too busy watching "Making A Murderer". I thought Stephane Quintal's post about the Avery case on NHL.com was really well thought out. Colin Campbell's? Not so much.

Not really Campbell's fault so much, his post about Avery was just sloppy seconds.

I know its old news but how the hell did Campbell keep a job in the NHL office after his emails leaked years ago? I read about him earlier and it refreshed my memory.

Then again, its the NHL of course he kep his job

I for one can't believe the Habs only scored one goal tonight!

Oh well, Price is injured.

Ahhhh love the morning after the Isles beat the Rags. Air is cleaner, birds are chirping and the homeless people in DC don't smell as bad.

Not a huge rivarly....but speaking of that. Who the heck are the Jackets biggest rival? Detroit?

One decent rivalry was shaping up with Nashville. But we moved divisions.

The powers that be keep trying to shove a Pittsburgh rivalry down our throats, and Brandon Dubinsky does his best to perpetuate it by chasing Crosby like he's an ex boyfriend scorned.

The problem is, we aren't really good enough for any other fanbases to hate us, we have no playoff pedigree and outside of Jeff Carter, there is no opposing player our fans want to kill. No rivals, we're like the little brother that you have to bring along. No point in hating us.

But I like beating Toronto because I was told on a few occasions in the past that Columbus being successful is the death of "the great Canadian game". There is one person in particular who used to come here that I am convinced cuts himself in his nether regions when the Leafs lose to Columbus. It makes me giggle.

FWIW, I love Columbus and their willingness to take Toronto's problems off our hands.

Wonder when they're coming for Lupul...

And the Leafs like taking the Isles problems off their hands....interested in a slightly used, softer than dogshit Josh Bailey?
