Ruslan Fedotenko is an underrated guy and a solid piece to have when the injury bug hits. Very versatile and a lot of heart.

So the Devlils now have 18 forwards going to camp (not including the guys in AHL trying to gain a rostter spot).

Elias, Zajac, Cammi, Jagr, Henrique, Havlat, Ruutu, Zubrus, Clowe, Ryder, Brunner, Gionta, Bernier and Josefson under contract and they are apparently still talking to Ryan Carter about a return.

They brought in Gomez, Fedotenko and Tootoo to camp. Battle for the 3rd/4th lines will be crazy. Possible trade in the works?

If I was picking the team I'd say that Elias, Jagr, Cammi, Zajac, Henrique, Ruutu would be pencilled in.

Let the others earn it. It should make for a lot of competition.

Snider and Holmgren were the victims. It all makes sense now. They didn't have a choice, Bob wanted to leave. Poor Eddie and poor Homer.
