That would be perfect. They could play it in Kinshasa and have Foreman and Ali show up for the ceremonial puck drop.

Yes.

I have, unsuccessfully, tried to convince some here that he is my father.
its a shame he never got to play in the NHL. some say he is the greatest goalie the world ever saw.

He was. I have a book he wrote in the 80s on the Art of goaltending.

North America didn't catch onto what he knew before the 80's until around 2000.

Yeah, those were all we had when I started. Awful things. He must have been a ridiculously fit man to move like he did in them.

If he had the pads they have nowadays, he probably would have never surrendered a single goal in his career.

I don't have high hopes for Reinhart. I think he's just too slow. The 8 games he played in the NHL, he looked completely lost. He was buried on the 3rd pairing playing against the 3rd and 4th lines too. Now Pulock, that's another story....

Yeah, I have a good friend and former teammate who is a huge Islander fan and we were talking about him yesterday too. He's pretty much in the same page as you, he said "At this point my hope is that he'll be a really good third pair guy in a couple of years. He is only 21".

Can't feel that good that expectations have gotten that low for him. But at least you're winning now, which is never bad

Yeah, he might even have been half as good as Hasek

Yeah, Tretiak was a good goalie, amongst the best of all time for sure.

Not precisely sure where you are, but I will order an air strike and level all of Toronto to be sure. And I don't know if you are the one in Kentucky now, so I will level that place too. :p

You hush.
Probably a good idea anyhow with how dangerous they are.

What's funny about this is that I'm actually back in Toronto full time for the first time since 1996 as of only two weeks ago. The NSA must have tipped you off or something.

Don't tell them. They get mad at me when I know stuff that I'm not supposed to.

I love how you said "don't tell them" as if I have any control over whether or not they hear it.

But if you have to, airbomb Eastern KY. Nothing there but methheads and wacky weed farming.
