So basically Spector is repeating something (relatively neutral and harmless i might add) that Poile said that was already printed elsewhere days ago? And adding nothing new? That's ground breaking journalism right there.

i think dash heard it today from a couple of old dumb farts on vancouver radio (speaking of groundbreaking journalism) who had nothing to talk about on a canucks gameday (which sees them face the Poiles Preds)

actually Spector is just the name of his site. His name is Lyle Richardson. Are you thinking its Mark Spector? they are not connected I believe. and what I love about Spectors Trade rumour Site is that he brings in all the "legitimate" sources of information together from other sites and just adds his comments on it. Its a universal rumour site that to me is one of and has been one of the most legit sources of info for years. i quite like his site. (hes from Charlottetown, PEI)

No I knew it wasn't Mark Spector, I just couldn't remember Richardson's real name cause I haven't looked at that trash in years so I referred to him by the site. But you're right, Fox is probably the one that I wanted to criticize. Although Richardson is the one that included it in the "Rumour Mill" even though it doesn't seem like anything of the sort.

As a side note, you find Richardson's site useful? I mean it's not Eklund, but I never got the impression it was very much better.

i find it useful in the way it brings all the rumours to one area. I dont have to search multiple sites. and no he is not Eklund for sure but nor is he Bob McKenzie or Elliot Freidman, but he brings their rumours to his site as well. all he does really is drive traffic for ads for his site hes not an insider but I do like some of his commentary on certain rumours (like this Kessel one to Nashville) about 75% of the sites he pulls info from were ones I used to go to for those same bits of info. Im just happy its in one spot. Mackenzie and Friedman are my two main guys for most accurate information for me.

JR loves that right-handed shot. It's funny because during Shero's reign, there were hardly any, but now the Pens have them in spades. Makes sense, since three of the four starting centers are left-handed shots. Could never figure out why Shero didn't solidify that aspect of his lineup.
