I have just entered my son for the chance to represent a player at the ASG either on the red carpet or the ice.

So, if anyone from the NHL comes sniffing around asking questions, please remember;
I love the Chris Pronger appointment
I never questioned anything Shanahan did
I totally think Vegas is a great idea
Fighting should stop
More shootouts and bigger nets. Start with a shootout even.
Phoenix deserves all the chances in the world. They will come around.
Jeremy Jacobs - whew - what a man! Ed Snider too
It was totally a kicking motion. Every time. Except when the refs said it wasn't. I've never seen an official be wrong
Mike Illytch was right. He needed to be in the East. And unbalanced conferences just makes teams try harder. As far as plans go, THE BEST
Mike Milbury is ACES when it comes to analysis.
Pierre McGuire too. It's cute he knows where everyone played Junior and for who.
I wish I looked like Sidney Crosby
Jon Quick is a GOD DAMNED HERO

The thing asked his position and 3 favorite players. I am actually kind of giddy with the idea that he may get to stand near Rinne, Rask or Bob. It's a long shot, only 20 from our league are getting it. But still... It would be so fucking awesome.

Holy Schnikies! That makes him the highest paid goalie in the league (I think - not completely sure without cap geek). I like the 4 years. Goalie shelf life is different.

As goes Bob, so goes Columbus. They paid him like the understand that.

/will sit back and wait for stats guys to tell me he isn't worth more than Jonathan Bernier.

Big commitment in dollars but not in years. Salary seems high for ANY goalie based on the league wide numbers but as you pointed out he is just about as valuable to his team as any goalie in the league.

My only concern, if I was a Jackets fan, is whether this will leave enough money to extend McElhinney.

Brian McGrattan placed on waivers. One of the last pure enforcers in the league. He's a good guy but I don't think there will be any takers.

Burke might make a claim though. His kind of player. Wait... wut??

Florida trades Drew Shore to Calgary for Corban Knight.

I don't know much about Knight but I like Shore.

Looks like a good deal for the Flames. Given the waiving of McGrats earlier I'd say he'll join the big club right away.

It's probably one of those change of scenery deals for both teams

Wait. So Knight was drafted by the Panthers and refused to sign with them. He gets traded to the Flames for a 4th round pick. A year later Florida trades a really solid prospect to re-acquire him?

Go home Tallon, you're drunk.

It's a sacrifice they will have to make. Bob would have gotten more, but they still have to pay Jared Boll for some damn reason.

No chance. He's Russian.

Why I aughta

Shorely it's a good Knight to made a trade.

If shore plays 1 more nhl game, he will need waivers to go down.
So he'll probably finish yr in ahl and get a good look in camp

Pretty funny that knight ends back fla after giving them the cold shoulder before

Probably time to introduce another. Thinkin' the Jet-z could use some Jr. help - how many games they get before they can't go back, again?

9 before they burn a year off the contract, 41 (I think) before they burn a year of RFA status.
