Since Bob Stoops’ arrival, the Sooners have captured eight Big 12 championships in the past 14 seasons. Over the same span, Texas and Kansas State have two titles. No one else has more than one, and no one has dominated a league like OU has in that time.

Since 2000, nobody from a power conference has as many league titles as Oklahoma. The only schools that come close are Ohio State and USC, which both claim seven. The Trojans, however, had two of their conference titles vacated; the Buckeyes lost one.

Baylor is the highest ranked Big 12 team in both the AP and Coaches Poll for the first time ever.

Dating back to last year, the Bears have reeled off 11 victories in a row, coming by an average margin of more than five touchdowns.

Everyone is acting like Baylor is a juggernaut, we will find out how good they are tonight, keep in mind this team was trailing a (4-4) K State team in the 4th quarter a few weeks ago...and have played power houses like Wofford, Buffalo, and Iowa State.

Nobody, outside of OU is expecting them to win. With the spread as is, OU has all the motivation needed. We have had nearly 2 weeks to prepare. We have as good a chance as BU of taking this. Alot will depend on prep. A few games our staff has failed this season. A few we have looked well prepared.

If we keep BU in the 30ish range we win. If we go to the races, BU wins.

Baylor is going to be in all black. Plus they sold 40k black t-shirts for the fans to wear at the game.

I don't know, this works for Oregon. But sometimes, when other teams do this kind of thing, they end up losing.
