Sure, but that's one of those penalties that really has no impact on how the play played out. A guy lined up wrong by a few inches. I'm not disputing the penalties, I'm just saying OSU is getting pretty lucky on when they've turned over the ball this game. It just so happened that both happened during penalties that negated them.
