Probably a really smart move, but it shouldn't be a surprise since it's Sean Payton we're talking about here. Denver has paid 3 1st round picks and 3 2nd round picks to get the QB and HC in place. Then there's how much was he actually involved? Sounds like he may not have had a huge hand in the day to day. Wouldn't be the first time an athlete opened a foundation and had someone else run it. Hell, check out the Ben Zobrist story and what happened with his foundation. Hired one of his pastors to run it, dude stole money from it, screwed Zobrist's wife and advised Zobrist as his spiritual leader on how to handle marital issues when she became distant during the affair. Sometimes, being famous just isn't worth it.
