As soon as Bonnie Blair gets off the oval, comeds.

They both bow to the Kossman!

I guess "those people" all look alike to you. ;)

Okay, seriously, they do...

Darren Pang, scoring machine. 9 points in 81 career games, he's more prolific than anyone Randy usually dresses on the Leafs' 4th line

Women's Super G turning into a disaster. 8 skiers out of the gate, only 1 has actually finished it thus far

Charles Hamelin doesn't even get out of 1000m q finals. unreal....I don't know why, but I get the feeling the rest of these games are going to turn into a disaster for the Canadian olympic team

Not what I set my alarm hoping to see this morning... really been a disappointing couple of days.

Russia's Korean ringer takes gold in 1000m. Love how he feels he needed to change his name to Viktor to cover up the fact he is still Korean

True, but on the plus side, Diana Swain really knows how to sugar coat failure

We'll Canada finally caught a break. GB had a straightforward double for the win in curling but missed and gave us a steal for the win.

Doubles are never a sure thing, but still a huge break for Jacobs

Denny Morrison with his second surprise medal of the games. Bronze in the 1500m. US team switches suits and still fail to medal.

Denny definitely is the feel good story for Canada so far. Two unexpected medals. Between him and Bilodeau for flag beware in my mind.

He certainly ups our chances of that team pursuit medal skating as well as he has. He made up for Hamelin shitting the bed earlier

Funny perspective on that medal stand. Denny wins bronze and is thrilled, smiling ear to ear. Dutch skater who got silver looks like somebody shot his dog.

Nice to see Jacobs roll off four straight wins, the most encouraging sign is that he seems to have his draw weight down, he looked pretty shaky at the beginning of the tourney.

What's the format of the tournament? Is he guaranteed a shot in the next round or does he need to keep winning?

Watched a bit of the Canada Japan match (women), the Japanese were making great shots. Tough win.

Top 4 make it in. 1 vs 4, 2 vs 3. Winners play for gold, losers for bronze
