Can't keep up with everything around here lol.

Something tells me the medlical marijuana supply in California would see a drastic dip if Beasley signs with LA.

We also addressed that issue:lol:

He would keep Kobe mellow.

Or.....have them buy a ticket:noidea:?

I remember the stories about his group of friends, the 4 Horseman, and how they just owned the nightlife in Ohio.

Didn't they get into a fight with Braylon Edwards?

Bron says going back was about his family.

I'm not so sure he meant his wife and kids.

Maverick is not the only guy to profit.

Rich Paul is actually co-owner of a fricking sports agency now.

I thought you needed a degree to be an agent:doh:?

The 6-3 Braylon Edwards got into a fight w/ one of LeBron's friends, all 5-7 of him. Just another jackass from meeeechegan!:pound:

"Next season Miami is going to have to ask more of him, so Wade is trying to make sure there is less of him — he’s dieting."

Ethan J. Skolnick @EthanJSkolnick

Dwyane Wade on the doubt that he can still handle a bigger load: "I need it. I need it." Sees it as an energizing challenge.

Maybe Wade should have thought about this during last season, instead of givin' the luxury of missing 30 games, while watching others carry the load and then only to peter out in the Finals.

Now all of a sudden he feels he needs to be in shape because James isn't there to carry him and the team anymore. Maybe if he was more serious about it before instead of until now, LeBron might still be there?

Try again.
Last summer, Wade was rehabbing the knee, which everyone involved knew was a 6 month process.

If you haven't been following along and connecting the dots, James was leaving regardless of any results from last season.

He wanted to go home, but it had nothing to do with 'the people of Ohio'.
It's all about him wanting to control every move his team makes, and giving his peeps the keys to the kingdom.

Yeah, sorry Outlaw. I've already offered to send turnup his choice of Lakers hat or shirt if they sign Beasley.

I told you about my hat issues.

No doubt I'd be sporting a Beasley Laker shirt, though.

Speaking before the start of his adult fantasy camp, Wade revealed that he underwent OssaTron shockwave treatment a month ago to deal with tendinitis.

Wade said the results have largely been favorable, hopeful for similar relief to what he experienced after a similar round of treatment in 2007.

"I had to take a month off after I did my treatment and this weekend will be a month to the day," he said during an event at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. "It's the kind of treatment for tendinitis, certain areas in your knee."

The Heat open training camp Oct. 1, with their regular season to open Oct. 29 at AmericanAirlines Arena against the Chicago Bulls.

"Feeling a lot better," Wade said at Thursday's event, which included appearances by Heat coach Erik Spoelstra, Hall of Fame forward Rick Barry, comedian Kevin Hart and Indiana coach Tom Crean, who coached Wade at Marquette. "I'm not at 'great' yet. I'm feeling a lot, lot better.

"Right now I have to work on the strengthening part of it. So, I still have time before the season. By the time the season [starts], I think I'll be as good as I've been."

So you're implying that Wade's rehab, which started over 2mos before the season even started kept him from being in playing shape? He can't maintain playing weight during that time?

Way to pick parts to make your argument look good.

There were times last year and also an article that stated it will take up to 6 months after the surgery for him to get back to his normal self.

"I'm getting better every day," Wade said. "But I'm not where I want to be. When the season starts, I won't be where I want to be. But as the season goes on, I'll get stronger and stronger and better."

January 2014

"It's just what I've been dealing with, what I've been dealing with all year. I don't know where or how much back I can go. So it's the same thing. I realized it ain't called a 'setback.' It's called, 'What I'm dealing with.' Let me change the meaning of that. At that time it was a setback. Now it's not. It's what I deal with."

Despite being in constant contact with the training staff, Wade said they still are unable to pinpoint the cause of the problems. Wade underwent shockwave therapy treatment in the offseason. He was expected to be fully healed after six months.

"I wish I knew," Wade said.

Wade's last knee surgery was in the summer of 2012.

He had shock treatment done before last season....like the article I quoted said.

Here's the truth. You hate Wade and you're making it a Lebron VS Wade thing.

If you look at Wade numbers he did get stronger/play better as the season went on as he & Grover said he would.

He went through shockwave treatment
Which is much different than going under the knife.

He only needed 1 month of rest before rehabbing and said he would be ready at the start of the season.
