Lebron's game is much better now than it was at 23-24 years old.

Heat fans sure have done a 180 on Lebron. You were confident that he was on his way to surpassing Jordan when he was in a Heat uniform. Not so much now since he bailed on Miami.

Come now...who said he was better or was going to surpass Jordan...a man 6-0 in the finals. Lebron is 2-3 and is now 1-2 against Duncan and Pops (5-11 in NBA games). Arguably, Duncan may need to get more respect.

His chance of surpassing Jordan likely ended with the spectacular t***d laid in the 2011 finals and then having lost 3 finals.

Kobe Bryant avg 22+ shots 4 times in his career. He avg 30+ PPG in 3 of those 4 seasons.

You're fooling yourself if you think Lebron shot as much as Jordan did nightly that he wouldn't have several seasons of avg 30+ PPG

That's cause he goes cold and doesn't want to risk overshooting. Jordan had way more games than lebron when he scored 30+ on 60% shooting than lebron. At one point jordan played point for a certain stretch and had 10 triple doubles in 11 games. I don't think lebron has ever done that

You're out of your mind if you don't think the top players in the game today cannot put up similar numbers if they're taking 22-27 shots per game for their entire career excluding 3 years.

I think Durant can avg close to 40 if he attempted 27 shots per game
