Lebron's game is much better now than it was at 23-24 years old.

Heat fans sure have done a 180 on Lebron. You were confident that he was on his way to surpassing Jordan when he was in a Heat uniform. Not so much now since he bailed on Miami.

He would never surpass jordan ever lol

You had it right Horns. 41, 41, and 53. Shane had some of the players wrong too. The competition Cleveland faced that season wasn't all that, until they met the Spurs anyway.

That Pistons were heavy favorites against the Cavs that year....

that is the year that LeBron had what i think was his 2nd finest game of his career--- I think his best game was Game 6 i think it was, against Boston his first championship year

but game 5 vs. Detroit where he scored like the last 28 points or somethign for the Cavs is I think his best game- especially since it was IN Detroit- and Detroit had owned the Cavs both record wise and mentally the previous few years and were considered the best team in the East for that span and one of the best teams in the league

Game 6 was in Cleveland and LeBron just had broken Detroit in game 5- and boobie gibson actually helped Lebron and got the Cavs to the finals

If he was able to win the 2011 series vs Dallas, I think he would have a good chance at tying MJ but winning 4 titles after the age of 30 seems tough.

not unless he wins like 8 titles which isnt happening unless the Cavs dont trade wiggins and wiggins becomes Scottie 2.0 AND they sign Love and win like 5 in a row with LeBro/Love/Wiggins/Kyrie and Danny Boy spends like the mad Russian to keep them all together

even if he wins 6 titles-i dunno if he could get equal to MJ

I mean- if he wins 6 that means he would obviosuly win 4 more (like my math!)- and means he would have gone to at least 9 finals.........

hypothetically lets say he gets 4 more titles in 5 tries....

what is more impressive? making 10 finals and winning 6? or making 6 finals and winning 6 and dominating all of them

.....might have to go with the making 6 and winning all of them---- all though making 10 finals in the modern era would be just stupid

Yeah you're right. Only way to equal Jordan would be to go 6-0 in the finals. Even if we won 6 people would still say he has 3 losses in the finals

If he gets 7 I'm willing to bet that he will not be the MVP for all 7 which would also keep Jordan ahead. I can't see a 36 or 37 year old Lebron James winning finals MVP

As long as he gets 6 MVP's and 7 rings

I don't think he would win 6 MVP's either.....Only way that's possible is if the Cavs win 4 straight starting with this year which I don't see happening.

It's gonna be tough. He didn't even do that in Miami. A great accomplishment would be getting 1 or possibly 2 titles in 4 years.

I just wouldn't compare him to jordan cause hes nowhere near as good as jordan

If be gets 4 MVP's and 5 rings in Cleveland he would be above MJ. You kidding me.

Nah lol. Remember this is the no hand checking Era for lebron. And jordan played in the hand checking era no 3 seconds or any of that. Played with way more defensive pressure on him
