After 4-16, should this be considered a joke, or a threat?

Apparently Mohr defended his poster, and 247 may be considering legal action.

The article said Marcus had the same physical gifts as his brother, but he was never as fast or as elusive as Mike. I think Marcus had better passing skills, but tended to panic under pressure.

I think if Marcus hadnt been a screw up he would have been a lot like TT but better.
