I'm a little concerned about the Big East in the tourney..... Some of the 'top' teams are seriously flawed. Then again, I guess the same can be said for all of the Pack 12 and most of the ACC.

Does this finally shut up all the Huggins lovers? Give Mick credit - He's a good coach.

I'm one of the Huggins lovers, and that will never change....but Mick won me over last year......and validated that with the way he handled the aftermath of the Xavier debacle.....

I like Huggins a lot. He was the coach of some of my favorite Bearcat teams. But the folks that stopped being UC fans because he was gone drove me a little insane. I can actually remember many fans hoping he would leave because we reached our apex with him as a coach. I root for his team when it doesn't impact the Cats, but the school will always be bigger than the coach.

I just couldn't believe how many wanted him gone......after 15 consecutive tournament appearances, a final four, two times to the round of eight, so many weren't happy.....but I'm a Cincy alum, not a Huggins alum......

Me too.... And that sums up my feelings about it as well.

I'll admit that I grew tired of the early exits from the tournaments. But I think his two best teams caught bad breaks. The Kenyon Martin team was the best team in America. The Logan team ran into a UCLA team that was loaded with talent even if they didn't often play that way.

UC, Kentucky, OSU, and Xavier were all in their conference championship games.....all lost.

We learned that Kentucky can be beat if they beat themselves. That UC is a lot better than they've been given credit for. OSU will liely be in the Final 4 as long as they don't forget to get the ball to Sullinger and get the hell out of his way. We also learned that Xavier still blows. They're awful and really shouldn't be in this tourney.

Are you trying to say that St. Bonaventure isn't a powerhouse?

I like UC's draw. No reason they should lose to Texas and I think Florida State peaked last week.

Xavier has a nice first round draw.... When Notre Dame isn't hitting shots, they are a bunch of stiffs.

UC drew a good bracket. Syracuse's bracket stinks. No surprise that UK drew Duke as the 2 seed. They do that a lot, and this year is the 20th anniversary of "The Shot", so I'm sure I'll have to see Laettner's fucking face all tournament long. On a related note, it thrills me to no end that Duke players rarely become NBA stars. Grant Hill was the best, and injuries ruined his career, and I'm glad..Yeah I said it.
